2. Informational use

Product descriptions, BTU tables, clearances, and specification notes on this site are provided for general information and preliminary selection. Final selection must follow the applicable listing documents, local codes, and approved submittals for your project. Published bands may change when models are revised.

3. Quotes and orders

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding purchase contract. Prices, lead times, and availability are confirmed only in a written quotation or order acknowledgment from Valor or an authorized dealer. Domestic versus import lead times should be confirmed before construction schedules lock.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, trademarks, and downloadable materials remain the property of Valor or its licensors. You may use cut sheets for project submittals with attribution; you may not republish the site for commercial aggregation without written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use or reliance on preliminary specification data. Installation must be performed by qualified trades following listed instructions.
